Establishing the RADC Webfeed

Accessing the RADC setup is simple. If your version of Windows 10 supports Cortana, simply type “RemoteApp” in the search bar and click on RemoteApp and Desktop Connections

For Windows 10 users without Cortana.

Go to Control Panel, then RemoteApp and Desktop Connections.

*Note:Make sure you are viewing Control Panel by Large Icons:

Click on Access RemoteApp and desktops

Enter the connection URL webfeed@dmsi.com and click “Next”.

Click “Next”.

Enter your login credentials and check the “Remember me” box.
(Please note that this does not allow SSO; it helps ensure the web feed is up to date.) Click “OK”

Click “Finish”.

Your RemoteApp and Desktop Connections should now display the Agility – Hosted Environment. From here, you can view your resources, disconnect from Agility – Hosted, and update your applications.

Note: applications automatically update daily by default, however it is best to review the ‘Updating & Settings defaults for RADC Web-feeds’ section (page 8)

To access Agility, go to Start and Expand Agility – Hosted (RADC). From here you can select from full desktops and RemoteApp based on your users’ application permissions.

Please be advised. Copying Agility Icons from the start menu to the Desktop or pinning them to the taskbar will break the dynamic update process and put access to Agility at risk!

For Active Directory/GPO Deployment - RemoteApp and Desktop Connections

In environments that leverage Active Directory administrators have the option to deploy Agility RADC via GPO (Group Policy Objects). Create a new GPO – User Configuration – Policies – Administrative Templates – Windows Components - Remote Desktop Services - Remote App and Desktop Connections – Specify default connection URL:

https://hosting.dmsi.com/rdweb/feed/webfeed.aspx

Because a domain trust does not exist between your domain and the hosted environment identity cannot be enumerated from the session. Please add the user's hosted credentials into the credential manager on the local PC (Windows Credentials) with the server being hosting.dmsi.com and the username in dmsi\<username> format.
