Stock Status FAQ

Question 1:  Can I see On-Hand Quantity for other branches?

Yes, click the “Display Branch Info” icon within the Stock Status window.

This will display quantity for all branches.

Question 2: If I have a dimensional Item, can I view the PC count?

Yes, click the ellipsis icon to view dimension Item piece counts.

Question 3: Can I view a specific dimension.

Yes, you will need to use the Dimension Locator to select a specific dimension.

Question 4: Can I view the transactions for On Order, Returns, On B/O, and Committed.

Yes, click the ellipsis icon to view the transaction linked to the data

Question 5: Can pricing display in Stock Status?

Yes, click on the Access Price Info or can be set on a User by User basis to automatically display. The settings can be found in User Preferences.
