How to Print Account Statements

Accounts Receivable > Open Items > Print Acct Statements

Step 1. Populate Search Criteria on Each of the Three tabs.

Step 2. Click Print. 

1.   The default setting is to use the Default laser controls that you setup on the customers.

2.   Select an alternate print option.

3.   Click on ok

Step 3. Save this layout for future use.  Click the save icon in the upper left-hand corner. Upon saving a standard layout you can simply return to this screen and go straight to step 2.
