Inventory Quantity Adjustments

Go to: Inventory Control > Inventory Adjustments

Step 1 - Enter the Item Adjustment Data

1. Enter the item number
2. Verify the location
3. Enter the quantity being adjusted
   • Click on the +/- button to make the adjustment positive or negative.
4. Verify the adjustment cost

Step 2 - Enter the Reason for the Adjustment

1. Select a reason code for the adjustment (These are located under Data Files > Look Up Codes > Reason Codes)
2. Click on the Apply button
   • This opens the Adjustment Explanation window
3. Enter a more detailed explanation for the adjustment
4. Click the OK button

Step 3 - Complete the Inventory Adjustment

1. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 if entering multiple adjustments
2. Click the Save button
